38. Nescafe Latte

This recipe is something of a mini-miracle for me. As a coffee lover, I never imagined that three ingredients available at all times at home, when combined in a special way, would give me the most decadent cup of latte...
Cheap, readily available, and as much or as little as you want, this recipe is win-win.
I learned it from my sister, a coffee-hater.

Ingredients:

1 cup Nescafe instant coffee granules
1 cup sugar
1 cup water (cold or room temperature)

Method:

Combine the instant coffee granules, sugar, and water in a blender.
Blend for 5 minutes, until the color changes to from dark to light brown, and the mixture is thick.
Work fast: pour the mixture in an air-tight container, cover, and freeze.
If you will delay, the mixture will begin to separate.
Do not use before over-night freezing.

To serve, take a teaspoon from the mixture and stir it into a cup of steaming hot milk.
Return the mixture for storage in the freezer.
