412. Watermelon Crush

This watermelon crush is an amazingly and instantly refreshing drink that will last a fair while and is all-natural.
If you have frozen watermelon on hand, all it takes is a squeeze of lemon, a dash of sugar, a splash of water, and a whizz in the blender to make this ultimate summer cooling drink.
I suppose were the watermelon not frozen, this would make watermelon lemonade.
I simplified an already simple recipe by Simply So Good to make a watermelon slushy, and was astounded by the wonderful results loved by children and adults alike.
Crushed ice drinks are loved across the globe, be it under the American name "slushy" or the Iraqi term "azbary" (أزبري). This is a delicious drink free of artificial flavorings and colorings better than any store-bout counterpart.

Ingredients:

4 cups frozen watermelon cubes
4 Tbsp sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 cups cold water

Method:

Put all ingredients in a food processor or heavy-duty blender.
Blend until a slushy icy mixture is formed.
Spoon into glasses and sip away.
